You have a relaxed 100 days from the delivery date to try on and test your products before you make your final decision whether or not to buy them.
Returns are totally easy via our Returns portal You will receive a DHL return link and can download your DHL Simply create your own return label and submit it to DHL anywhere . With QR codes, you don't even need a printer.

We want you to fall in love with our products and not have them become shelf-warmers, so we give you extra time to think about it.

Can I also return worn and used products?
We only accept undamaged products. Tested, yes; played with, and worn, no. If in doubt, please contact our support team in advance, and we'll find a solution together.
What happens with returns?
Unused and undamaged products are collected and regularly donated to charitable causes, including sports clubs and youth tournaments. If you're interested, please contact us.
You probably have a lot of returns, right?
A small example: Our return rate for beach socks is currently around 15%, 80% of which are resalable. This means that about 3% are due to product defects. Not bad, is it? We're still working on improving.
